Rental Products and Services
Breastfeeding Home Visit Services, LLC is an Authorized Hygeia rental and retail station. We rent the Hygeia EnDeare hospital grade breastpumps. We also sell Hygeia Personal Accessory Sets for rental pumps.
Hygeia EnDeare Breastpumps are ideal for long-term and frequent pumping. The EnDeare is available for purchase (by special order) or rental.
Rental Prices are:
1 Month - $50 (MINIMUM)
3 Months - $120
(Personal accessory set sold separately for $35.00)
*The Hygeia EnDeare™ Rental breastpump remains at all times the property of Hygeia II Medical Group, Inc. The pump must be returned clean, fully functional and without any cosmetic damage. A $30.00 cleaning fee will be charged if the pump is not clean upon receipt at Hygeia™. Service charges for EnDeare™ breastpumps returned with cosmetic damages or not fully functional of a $25.00 minimum will apply. Rental agreement may be terminated with 30 days notice by obtaining a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) by contacting Hygeia Customer Care by phone: (760) 597-8811 ext. 1, by fax: (760) 597-8848, or email: customer.care@hygeiababy.com.
All fees, collection and court costs to return pump and collect unpaid fees shall be the responsibility of the lessee. If pump is not returned within 30 days of lease termination notice by Hygeia II Medical Group, Inc. the full retail price for the EnDeare™ breastpump ($920.00) will be charged to the credit card on file.
For a loss or theft claim, a police report must be included with the Loss/Damage claim. Any damages rendering the leased pump non-functional will be subject to a $25.00 deductible.
By signing below, I agree that I have read and understand the above contract and the information provided is true and accurate and that I accept full responsibility for the whereabouts of the equipment rented as well as the charges to my credit card.
All rentals must be prepaid.
